Inspection Types
Complete Inspection
Usually for Real Estate buying / selling transactions, and/or homeowner home prevention that has not had a complete inspection in 2 or more years.
- Inspection of visible and accessible exterior, interior and subarea surfaces.
- Written report of findings and recommendations of these areas.
- Firm prices for Chemical treatments that we are licensed to perform will be in reports.
- Summary of findings at the end of inspections.
- Reports are sent by email in PDF format.
- Inspection fee is due at time of inspection.
Limited Inspection
Usually this inspection is for homeowner that are looking for a home prevention or homeowner that have had a complete inspection less then 2 years. Limited inspection will not work for a real estate transaction.
- Inspection of visible and accessible exterior, interior, subarea surface area and/or areas of concern only.
- Written report of findings and recommendations of area and/or areas only.
- Firm prices for Chemical treatments that we are licensed to perform will be in reports.
- Summary of findings at the end of inspections.
- Reports are sent by email.
- Inspection/trip charge fee will apply. We will discount our fee off of our treatment cost in the report, if customer decides to go with us.
- Inspection/trip charge fee is due at time of inspection.
